  Experience in the shop was fine but the fitter let them down. Had a stairs runner made which was basically thrown down in 10 minutes leaving it not central and not even tight,had to get him back to redo where he said he'd used a tape measure this time??? Also fitted a small landing carpet as well which was better ( except where its cut short) but didn't fit any threshold bars because he had no screws long enough.although if my wife would fetch him some then he would. I paid top money for this and expected better, especially as I'd mentioned that in my trade i would recommend them to all my customers in future but no so sure now. Also no care shown to new paintwork as more damage than expected.
